Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how your Her Venus membership is billed, renewed and canceled. They are part of our Terms of Use.
1. What the membership includes
Your membership includes clinician visits and follow-ups, messaging with your care team, prescription refills and dose changes, and tracker reports shared with your clinician. Medication, lab tests and shipping are charged separately and shown before you pay.
2. Price and billing date
The membership costs [YOUR PRICE] per month, plus any medication, lab or shipping charges shown in your plan. You are charged only after a clinician recommends a plan and you approve it. Your billing date is the day you approve your plan, and it's shown at checkout.
3. Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date and you will be charged the then-current price until you cancel. You agree to this when you check the authorization box at checkout.
4. Renewal reminders
We email you [X days] before each renewal, and before any price change. [Counsel to confirm reminder timing required in each launch state.]
5. How to cancel
Cancel anytime online in Account › Membership › Cancel. It takes two clicks, and no phone call or chat is needed. You can also email [support@ email].
When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
6. Refunds
[Counsel to decide refund policy, including whether the membership is refunded if a clinician does not offer a treatment plan, and handling of medication already shipped.]
Medication that has shipped generally can't be returned, as pharmacy rules don't allow it.
We'll notify you at least [X days] before any price change. The new price applies at your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
